It's Going To Be A Long Night

I can't settle down, I've not stopped since about 1pm when I went to work! Had a massive delivery to sort through came home and I've driven dad demented. I've cleared out 2 cupboards, sent 3 loads of recycling to the allocated boxes, done 2 loads of washing, sorted a further 3 loads ready to go, sorted out stuff for charity and for the skip and I can't seem to switch off.

I've stuck a DVD on to watch - didn't watch it. Tried to reply to my penpals - wrote 2 sentences.

What is wrong with me! Its bed time - HELP
