I have just watched a Hindi film and I am sure that it is the same story line as an English film. Please can you help with the title . The part of the film I remember is when a women plan to get married in secret .Her fianc�e arrange to meet her at the registration office but it close and he takes her to the roof and trick her to writing a suicide note and than pushes her off the top.

Sounds a bit like "A Kiss Before Dying" (1991), where Matt Dillon murders Sean Young, and then romances her twin sister.
