Upset For Poor Poor Woman

My sons friend who was in his class at school was found dead in bed by his mum. He didn’t come down for breakfast and she went to check on him. Apparently they say it’s a case of adult Sudden Death Syndrome - his heart simply just stopped. He was only 19. How in gods name do you ever get over that??

that's awful, i don't know how one can comes to terms with something like that, being so unexpected, did the boy have underlying health issues....

No he was perfectly healthy. I’m still in complete shock. He was a lovely boy.

Terrible, death of a child must be every parent’s nightmare.

i have heard of this before, but not actually anyone i know, they must be devastated...

I’m still in shock. They all went to their school prom together - I’ve got the photos of them outside our house next to the limo we booked for them all......... just cannot believe it. Have no idea how his family are even coping xx

they will have to till the inquest, which i think would have to take place, to ascertain cause of death. After that the reality will kick in.. poor people...

So sorry to see that smow. Devastating for family and friends alike. Sadly, sudden death for no apparent reason does happen.

This happened to a girl who was like my second daughter, she was 43 yrs old, left two Beautiful children,I was on holiday in Portugal at the time and flew home early when I got the news, that was 4 years ago, awful , terrible feeling , as you say, How in Gods name do the parents recover from this ?

omg that poor family. You bring them up to follow the best path and then to have this happen. I am just lost for words. All condolences for them.

Very sad and traumatic for his family and loved ones. Hope they can take some comfort in the fact that this young man would have known nothing about it if it was ASDS. No pain, no illness, he just went to sleep.
