My sister has a small dog. Idk what kind. My dad who's planning on getting a dog used to be very cruel to the family dog when I was a kid, so the thought of my dad getting a dog terrified me. I called my sister to ask her opinion. She said that her dog occasionally pees on her bed. She said that she rubs the dogs face in it, and then gives her dog a light slap on the bottom. She told me this like since she does it then its somehow right. She was like "you gotta make your dog fear you, and then she started talking about how dogs have pack mentality, and there needs to be an alpha blah blah blah. I voiced my opinion, then just dropped it, and I feel like I should report her

Yet another moral dilemma from dear cindy who's always looking for someone to "report".  Good luck folks in solving it.

Is this the same sister who (allegedly) is violent towards her boyfriend? Does she have any mould you can report? Is she a paedophile? Has she committed any driving offences?

no you should leave well alone

cindy is a bit of a tell tale....

Im not making up these stories. I swear they are unfortunately 100% true

🥱 I believe you

Dogs need discipline and what you describe ois not over the top.

is

Young dogs can involuntarily wee when they are excited or scared. They can't hold their wee in for very long and need proper training.  A dog learns nothing from having his face rubbed in his urine after the event, they don't associate the two events.

Even if it's done immediately afterwards he won't know it's because he wet the bed, he'll think it's because he wee'd and will start doing it where it's not easily found, under the bed or behind cupboards.

Buy your sister a good dog training book and stop wanting to report everyone for everything.

Not the dogs fault at all. Should not be allowed in the bedroom let alone on the bed.

And if you were my sister I would have disowned you by now.

In fact I wonder if you're Abbeylee in disguise.

why are most of your posts about grassing someone up?

I suggest that instead of dithering about and asking strangers' advice you should just go ahead and report every instance of supposed wrongdoing that you come across.

Keep a diary & let us know how things pan out.
