Dating Agencies/websites etc
Lots of people must use these agencies/websites etc. Has anyone got any advice on how to use them to stay safe? I would like to try but havent got the confidence yet and think it is too early anyway. Its only three months since the break up of a five year relationship. Are there any trustworthy people out there? as you can see my faith in people has been damaged.

1) you do not want to be dating the axe murderer of where you live.
2) always take their address and give it to someone you know.
3) once they have given you their full name and address, check it through with B.T. now, this name and address should check through by B.T either confirming the number to the address or saying it's ex directory, if they say it's ex directory then it tells you that the name checks through at said address. If they say that name does not correspond with that address then you've been given a dud name etc!
Please take every possible step with your safety at all times with these dates, but on saying that, there are some very genuine peeps out there, and if they are genuine they won't mind you caring for your own safety.
good luck but right now I'd probably just go out for a giggle with your friends.......
Very wise. But don't get so worried that it spoils your fun.
I'd recommend arranging for someone to phone you at a certain time during your date, and also arrange to meet them after.
Also don't meet on a night for the first time, go somewhere like a mall coffee bar or something.
Then relax and have fun.
