Not sure what to do next
4 Answers
I have been single for nearly 4 years and really like this guy.... the only thing is it has been so long I have got to this stage of liking someone that I am crap at reading signs and knowing what to do next!! We have met up a few times always with other people, and things seem ok, we have fun together. He texts everyday, in fact he sends me a joke everyday. I have asked him to a gig recently but he turned it down as he had a football match. We have a few festivals planned together, and he also recently contacted me to see if I wanted a ticket for the football as he was booking some for him and his friends, so we also have that planned in the next few weeks........ Sometimes I think he is interested, sometimes not. Don't want to just come out with it as if he isn't he may feel akward with all the things we have planned, as either way I want to remain friends if he isn't as he is a great bloke, great sense of humour and brightens my day. Have been let down a lot so it could just be paranoia and nerves, I never used to find it this hard! Just wondering what everyone else thought from that evidence??

I may be wrong but I think that a lot of the evidence is pointing towards him seeing you as a mate rather than as a girlfriend. It's hard, but I would try to resist having the whole 'what's going on with us' conversation as I'm not sure many blokes like that - try to spend time with him alone rather than in a crowd and see how he is with you then. Sorry to contradict the previous post - I know it's confusing!! Good luck x
Hey, totally see where Sasha's coming from, but i also agree with Trinny, he definitely sounds like he likes you and maybe this is his way of getting close to you without risking being rejected; testing the water so to speak. But trying to spend time with him alone sounds good. I wish my crush sent me a joke everyday!!l Your guys sounds sweet though, and if he doesn't take the plunge, then maybe you should go for it, because you might let the chance pass you by if he's too chicken to ask you out for real!
