theirs a guy who lives by my me ( i live in an apartment.) and hes always looking at me or watching me and i know he thinks im hot and i really wanna get him to talk to me! (ive never been good at starting conversation) i guess what im askin is how do i get him to talk to me? or do i gotta suck it up and talk to him?
