i can no longer get my emails from sky
when i log in the screen just resets to the log in page as if i have not typed anything
i have macafee security which was recently upgraded
i have allowed cookies and set the web site on my allowed list
i dont know what else to do
i cannot contact sky as i cannot log in
please help

You might need to go on to

http://www.sky.com

and login there then get the details saved. Should work. Your e-mail account is dependant on loging into the main site.

What browser are you using? I assume you are using Internet Explorer, in which case it may be to do with the pop-up settings. You could edit those to allow the appropriate site. Just be careful as there is a built-in pop-up blocker within IE7, yet certain toolbars (Yahoo for example) use their own.
