insecurity
2 Answers
i'm really insecure with everything, but mostly relationships. i can't seem to hold on to one for longer than a month or too.
my current bf and i have been together for about 9 weeks and now i just waiting for it to go t!ts up as it usually does!
if he looks at another girl while we're out together i can't help but feel he's looking for something else which is better.
i know its a natural thing but i can't help but feel totally rejected.
how can i overcome my insecurity?

If you can't think of what the trigger for your insecurity is then perhaps some form of counselling could help you remember. In fact counselling in general might help you.
Insecurity can often be the result of a lack of confidence too.
Fortunatley for you all these things can be worked on as long as you recognise that they're your own problems to own. Which it sounds like you've done.
In the short term, having a mantra that you repeat to yourself every day in the mirror three times in a firm voice might help, (you are going to feel like a complete plum doing this but you'll get used to it). Something confidence boosting... heck, you can even use 'cause I'm worth it' if it does the business for you.
Another little trick is to walk around the street/room/ anywhere as if you own it. If you can act confidently you will become more confident. (Or at the very least not look so needy).
But find someone to talk to and explore where your issues come from. It's likely to long, hard work and unpleasant. However it will be worth it in the long run. Good luck.

The first thing you need to do it stop these negative thoughts!!! That will drive him away for sure! Even if you don't express these thoughts to him, he will sense things.
You need to learn to be comfortable with who you are and what you have to offer. Remember you are the prize and he is lucky to have you. If he does go off or it does go t!ts up then learn from it and move on. Start reading books that make you gain confidence. You need a big boost I think. Try changing your diet and eating healthily and excersising. Not only will you start to look better but you will feel good about yourself. Wear clothes that make you feel sexy and confident. Don't hide under baggy garments that make you feel 'unwomanly'. Show off what you have... and above all else..... Smile. :o)
