My husband left us at Easter. However it was decided to be adult with him coming over every now and again to see the children. We even booked a holiday to see my 'outlaws' who live in Majorca. I went for three weeks with the children and he came out for the last week. Incidentally that last week I spent in his boudouir, if you see what I'm saying... Now were back in old blighty he's nots interested in the sligtested.. should I persue a new Boyfriend? or see if he comes round?

Coolio.. however, I earn minimum wage for 4 mornings a week and he holds the purse strings.. ergo, he and 'whoever' will be living in the lap of luxury me and the kids will be living with 'neighbours from hell' and appearing on ITV prime time!

Hippyhoppy, I think you need to take legal advice. I think there is someone else and yes they would put up with it, because men are full of charm and he will have convinced her its for the future good and all that.
For him to allow you to come into his bed on hol, he's cruel. Playing with your head. Also just taking the path of least resistance, it's easier saying yes than it is to say no, what sort of mood would you have been in then whilst on holiday.
I don't believe he can just come round when he feels like it, and I think you might find that he has to keep a roof over your head until your youngest is 19.
However, if your going to start a fight make sure he has nothing on you. You need to be a sensible, model mother.
I would also get a private detective, they are not that expensive, just in the evenings for a month or so. they are usually very good I did it to my husband, he was doing it with someone from work, turned out he'd been doing it for years.

you might not earn much, that could put you in a position of strength. Are you claiming all you need, not just from the git but tax credits etc?

If he holds the purse strings, I'd confind in a close collegue at his work, one who would know his whereabouts. I'd also tell them how you made mad passionate love on holiday, go for the sympathetic approach. If he is having an affair, bet they'd know. and if he is, chances are if they knew this, they'd be on your side. if it's a female they'd help you more.
I would just sit back.
I'd want to play my game plan close to my chest, wouldn't tell them your seeking any advice until you know what's what.
