Arthritic feet

Anyone out there with the same problem as me. I'm very fit and active apart from my very painful feet, ( especially my toes on both feetI ),hate wearing so called sensible shoes, I love my high heels but find it impossible to wear them now. So does anyone know where I can buy comfortable shoes that have got at least two inch heels that look nice?
