How can I make him trust me

Last night my boyfriend(Ian) and his friend(Paul) and I where getting drunk! His friend left and Ian and I started having sex and I called him Paul(his friends name) during sex! i dont know why i did this, cos i dont fancy him and wasnt thinking about him but it just came out! my boyfriend went crazy, threw me out is now not speaking to me! i have text him twice to say i'm sorry and try and explain myself but he hasnt been intouch! what should i do? and how can i make him realise that there is nothing in it! i have never cheated on him but he can be very paranoid at times

Theres not a lot you can do except repeat what youve said (that theres no meaning behind it, not repeat the name)

It happens, peoples brains throw out the wrong name at times. Ive been called by the name of my fellas ex wife (he hates her so i know it wasnt intentional) a few times by mistake.

if it was innocent then just leave it, his paranoia is what he needs to deal with!

LOL, yeah, i've spoken to him now and he has calmed down a lot! apologised for flipping with me! probs best not saying about Pauls c**k cos then he will wonder how i know! i think it was just cos i was drunk! but he will be paranoid now, will just have to reasure him! thanks

I am trying my best not to laugh at this, esp. with some of the comments, but the truth is that he'll either get over it and realise you made a drunken mistake or his jealousy will get the better of him and the relationship will end. Sorry chicken but there's not a great deal you can do other than explain that you love him and tell him it was your daft drunken brain that let you down. Try the dumb blonde bit too....it works for me x
