Hey Ho All those budding poets...
3 Answers
Right - our Supervisor is leaving us at Christmas and moving to Singapore (lucky cow) with her husbands job. I want to write a witty ditty in her goodbye card but am stumped. Her name is Jo, our company is Leapfrogs (pre-school) and we are in Derby/Chellaston. Are there any quick witted linguists that can give me a 'heads up'. I did do a limerick and another half finished ditty, but have lost my notepad and am struggling...please help...

There was a lucky cow called Jo
Going to Singapore to be with her beau
Well miss her a lot
On her Far Eastern trot
So from Leapfrogs a kiss well all blow*
*(alt) From Derby its a long way to go
Shes going off to Singapore
From Leapfrogs shes gone out the door
To keep in touch
By phone costs too much
So well send her a semaphore
