Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help me. Been separated from hubby for about 6 months now. We have sold our house and all our financial commitments have been sorted. I now want to get divorced. Reason being, I just don't love him anymore. No third party involved and he says he will sign anything and wants a divorce also. What good reasons will the court want to allow us to get divorced? Just want a clean break without arguing as we are on friendly terms at the moment, well friendly ish. Don't want to rock the boat by putting all sorts of reasons down for unreasonable behaviour. I just don't love him any more that's all. I read somewhere that you can do it all on-line with no solictiors involved. Can anyone help?
