I dont think that a age gap matters that much its more compatibility that is important. My boyfriend is 4 years younger than me and often I find him a bit childish but then in other ways he is more mature than me so it balances out x

I'm 35 and my last girlfriend was 21, age was never a issue, you may get a few sarcastic comments from friends for a while but they soon stop after a couple of weeks.

Go for it and don't let the age worry you, and if you do get sarcastic remarks from friends just laugh it off, they will get bored of taking the p1$$ quick enough
