I have recently started a new job, I am the boss. A guy working for me, very well manured and quite shy really, watches me all the time, said today 'if you are happy I am happy'. He cant do enough to help me. and is very sweet and quite gorgeous really, I dont think he is a man of the world. He is single. I am very attracted to him, but I am much older than him. He kissed my hand the other day in a gentlemanlly way. He has my head spinning. I know he is genuine, but what is he saying? Is it only respect or more, I have kept my cool around him and been proffessional.

Don't do it Cab.
workplace relationships can be good or bad depending on the attitude of the company. As you are new tread carefully until you understand what might happen if you take this further. If the company has no problem or if ultimately a relationship with this man is more important than your job then go for it.
im very happy that shy well mannered guys are getting good attention. so often they are forgotten in this world where peopl are desprate to be seen and heard, a lot of the time bullying is the way a lot of people work, so its nice to know ive still got a chance and hopfully one day that will be appreciated
