Hi, I have already posted this but thought i'd try again here. I stopped taking my pill at the start of January. I know that coming off the pill can obviously muck up your cycle. But how much? Can it mean that I don't have a period as often as I would in a regular cycle? According to how you should count I am on day 32 of my cycle? I know normal is 28ish but whats kinda the maximum? Sorry to seem a bit thick but I've been on the pill for period pain (have endometriosis) since I was 15 so its a long time since I had any kind of natural cycle :o/ Oh and im not pregnant, I have checked and it was negative.

It will take time to regulate. I came off it nearly 3 years ago and it took around 6 months to sort itself out. I'd been on it for 10 years. Just give it time.
hi i was on the pill for around 5 years i stopped to try to get pregnant and it took 11 months for me to even see a period but when i did the next month i was pregnant other times my period has returned around two months after the pill was stopped every onhe is different i'm afraid if you were regular efore the pill theres no reason to think you won't be regular again hope that helped a bit
