how do i stop the feelings i have for my best friend?

i met him the first day of high school freshman year, and i knew something was diffrent. over the past four years we have become pretty close, due mostly to me.

everyone in our school pretty much has guessed that i like him, and when someone told him, i denied it venehemnetly .

he has said no to pretty much every other girl out of the millions who claim to be in love with him, and i am so afraid he will say no to me too, and i dont want to lose him.

but now its our senior year, and we are going to different colleges, and he'll meet someone better than me. i need to get over him.

please tell me how!?!

Tell him how you feel, he may be waiting for you but is too shy to say so. If he says no, then at least you know and can move on.

going to seperate colleges should help - who knows, you might find someone better than him, rather than him finding someone better than you

Sometimes you just need to swallow your feelings and say what you feel, if he were to say No , just say Good job as well I was only joking ..... You have shown patience and self respect beyond belief and that bodes well for the lucky man who does capture your heart when you are ready ....... e mail me i will be your advisor..;-)

Please tell him! dont go away regretting that you never said anything! if he is a good friend he wont walk away after you tell him and he dosent feel the same.
you never know what he might say. he might be saying no to the others for a reason!
