After 7 years of marriage how often do you have sex?

I have been living with my partner for seven years. We have sex approx 3 times per week - mostly at the weekends. I don't really feel that is enough for me but he seems quite content. Is that normal?

I don't think there is such thing as 'normal'! Everyone is different and the main issue is if both partners are equally happy. I have been with my hubby for nearly 15 yrs and for the first few years we did it quite frequently then it gradually got less and less. We then dropped down to once a week but after our daughter was born even this was a chore for both of us! We now do it once a month which may sound shocking to some but to us it is ideal. Neither of us has much of a sex drive and the once monthly is just right to release those hormones!!

Now I must warn you that you may be disgusted by this(or some ABer's may be).
I am 86,and my wife (Elsie who is 85) and I usually (but not always,there is no pressure) have sex once a week(still).
By necessity of age it is not a quickie,in fact you could definitely call it a slowie! LOL
I can't say what is normal.What is normal for one may not be enough (or may be too much) for another.You ought to try and find a happy medium for you both by discussion.

yup agree with the others "normal" is what fits for each couple. Me and my hub together 13 years. Our "average" is twice a week...but this can vary depending on work commitments, holiday time, etc.

Some prefer wickdipping at regular, i.e. daily, intervals. Is that "normal"?

Others may only have a wickdip once a week! Is THAT "normal"?

Some wicks may not get dipped from one month to the next - is THAT "normal"?

Then again, there may be cobweb covered wicks which never get dipped throughout a year - is THAT "normal"? No, it bloody ISN'T but it's the best I can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
