I dont live in the house i bought with my wife 10 yrs ago
we have separated
before we did we bought a car on finance
i could not pay for it neither could my Ex
I offered the car back but they refused
even though i dont live at the property anymore they put a charge on it and are not trying to force a sale
my ex and my 16 yr old son who is a student live there
Can they take it from her as in force a sale i offered 100.00 per month they refused
The PPI and HP and interest mounts now to 10,000
