If it's something you feel will make you feel good about yourself then there is nothing wrong in it. The main thing is you are happy with the surgeon you have chosen and confident in his/her abilities.
You could just tell your Father you are having an op related to women's Gynae problems. Men generally don't like to know the intimate details of a woman's waterworks. He doesn't need to see your scar either.

thanks guys but im defo have the op. cant say its sterelisation though because im only 22. the only reason im getting it done is because i have had 3 children and my belly skin is very loose. i dont feel confident atall.
i could say its something to do with my gynacolyic area which sounds good but how can i tell my dad its affected me?? xx

dont lie to your porr dad.. even if you think its the best for him - he would be so very hurt you couldnt tell him the truth and tried to cover it up - it the op all goes well then tell him afterwards and explain how unhappy you have been with your body and how miserable it made you and that you are then much happier!
And DONT moan about being in any pain either!!! He WONT want to hear that too!
Just fluff over the details and make out the recovery was really very easy and not as painful as you had expected - and nothing like as bad as your c-section!

Hi ya. I totally feel for you. Not that I agree with you lying to your dad, as it all comes out in the end, but maybe try saying that you've got problems from where you had your c-section and need it corrected. That way you'll be expected to have a scar in that region and will be in similar pain. Good luck. x
