How much weight do you put on over xmas and new year?

I too havent been eating well but am improving and have put 4lbs on this last week, so goodness knows how much I will gain (at least my doctor will be ahppy)LOL

I never put weight on over Christmas,my eating habits don't really change that much.My oh will probably put on about half a stone though as he just sees it as an excuse to pig out.
