so if u look at my previous question i was having some offish trouble with a guy..
as soon as he had slept with me he, he was texting but not until i made conversation and very offish..
so i thought to myself. what am i doing? crawling after a guy? when i have no need. So i left it.. So i am working away..
suddenly i get a msg saying hey? how are you? and then.. that was it?! nothing else alll day.
i dont get it? i really really dont! like hes interested then as soon as i text back? its nothing again?
why? im forgetting about it.. like yeah he has slept with me? not the same before so im getting over it.. now he gets in touch? anybody recon he text me by mistake? then made a little conversation?

Anyway I know quite a few people, and I've been known to text them, or to say, "How are you ?". Doesn't mean I want to be a couple with them, or to jump on top of them.
I think you need to read less into what is fairly innocuous activities. It seems to me that he's happy to remain in contact with you, but not so fussed as to want regular communication. And as far as we can tell, that's about it.
You have accumulated an acquaintance. Why not go find a friend?
