A friend of mine was talking about someone else and she said to me 'Her boobs are even smaller than yours'..... Why do some people think it's ok to make remarks like that when you are petite? If it was the other way round, and I turned to her and said something along the lines of 'Im not being funny but her bum is even bigger than yours' then that would be classed as nasty wouldn't it? Am I being over-sensitive here?
When you and your friend are with another woman....compliment the other woman on her hair, clothes whatever....but do not pay a compliment to your friend.
I overheard a couple of women saying to my sister-in-law her legs were "chunky" (they are not....shapely is a better word). I walked into the room and said to my sister-in-law looked great in her outfit and ignored the other two women.
I get the same kind of remark myself. People don't care about saying I'm skinny or have no breasts. I would never think about saying anyone was fat or had huge boobs.... I think thats nasty!
