What can I get for my wife on our wedding day?

We're getting married in June and I'd really like to get my fiancee something special to give to her on the day, to show how much she means to me.

It doesn't have to be expensive, just a little memento that she can keep to remember our lovely day. I know it might be a bit soppy, but I suppose she knows that by now! I'm a bit short of inspiration at the mo!

i found a great seller on ebay called personilise it.they have the most beautiful silver hand bag make up compact mirrors and they engrave it with what ever you want and they are well packaged.i have bought quite afew of their stuff and they have gone down atreat.

Is she sentimental? Does she keep all her old cards. You could fill up a really nice album with your wedding invite and bits and bobs, a few poems, the valentine cards you got her....and then save space for wedding photos (not the portrait ones, the ones taken from cameras on the table) and baby photos etc...

I was given a little ivory elephant, it wasn't expensive and it didn't have a special significance being an elephant (I was about 8stone then). But I still have it.

Get a charm bracelet and a charm- something like a heart or have seen ones that are a chuch and when you open it up there is a bride and groom inside then you can keep adding to it every anniversary and special occasion.

or commission a jewellery designer to make something special and unique for you...perhaps your initials entwined...

hiya thats sooo sweet, why dont you book her and her mam in for a 'pamper session' the day before wedding facial, message, pedicure etc. It will be touching that you have done that as she will be stressed and it will also be touching that it gives her a bit of private mother/daughter time before the big day .

i think the item of jewellery with the his and hers initials entwined is a lovely idea, say on a locket or something,
that is something id cherish if i was bought that by a loved one, especially for such an importand and special occasion.
