I've just been reading joggerayne's thread about Cheryl Cole and someone made a comment about CC looking fab. I agree that she looks great but quite frankly could never be bothered with preening myself for an hour or more each day to achieve such an immaculate appearance.

I'm not a complete slob and do enjoy making an effort from time to time but the thought of doing my hair and make up and dressing in a perfectly considered stylish outfit everyday makes me shudder.

Which end of the scale are you slob or immaculately turned out?

i wouldn't slob but i couldn;t spend ages getting ready and makeup is only slapped on if i scare myself when i look in the mirror (like this morning) or when i'm going out, even then its only bit of tinted moisteriser and eyeliner
Slob....
I work in an office where I am on my own most of the time but I still make sure I do my hair every morning and I have to wear mascara every day. I dont really bother with other make up unless I'm going out.
Probably somewhere in the middle - if I am to be seen in public that day or expecting someone to come round.

If I'm having a 'pj day' or don't expect to be seen by anyone at all, then sometimes I won't even get dressed.
I always try not to smell, if that helps?
slob
i don't think it matters how long i spend in front of the mirror...i still look like i have been dragged through a bush backwards. so...i don't x
" doing my hair and make up and dressing in a perfectly considered stylish outfit everyday"

with the exception of makeup, that's what i do every day.

"appearances to the mind are of four kinds. things either are what they appear to be; or they neither are, nor appear to be; or they are, and do not appear to be; or they are not, and yet appear to be. rightly to aim in all these cases is the wise man's task.”

....which is why a woman will always look 'great' in whatever she is wearing when she asks.

I'm always clean although if I can go two days without washing my hair I will as I hate drying it. Tidy is usually achieved, even a hint of colour co-ordination on a good day! Make up will be applied if I'm going beyond the supermarket or local butcher.

Im always clean, but don't take make much effort.

This morning for example, I dropped mini boo off at school, with hair unbrushed (just flattened down the sticky up bits) and pj's tucked into my jeans, unwashed and teeth not brushed (infact still not done that bit)

It's way too much hassle to make myself and her presentable at that time of the morning.
Always clean and tidy. Teeth cleaned, showered and decent footwear.

A tip for the guys if meeting your lady for a date - Always make sure your nails are trimmed and clean.
BOO...that equals....SLOB
I'm male with a shaven head and stubble so I have the shortest slob - pristine spectrum of all! 10 mins and a look a reet bobby dazzler!
fair enough, i'll live with that label sqad :-)

And stop pulling that face, you snob ;-)
I can imagine that you are a very clean and hygienic man sqadlet - despite your filthy mind............
