12 of us just booked up and we need a creative way to decide the 4 rooms of 3. any ideas?

When you get there blindfold everyone and tell them to find a room. The first one bedroom they reach is theirs.

Find out everyone's starsign and arrand it by compatibility.

Put the 3 people that no-one likes very much together in one room. That way only 3 people will be miserable and not 9.

Put all the people who snore in one room - see above.

Separate any couples so there's no hanky-panky and no-one feels like a gooseberry.
