congrats and keep it on a rough 2lbs a week loss - no risk of gallstones that way, esp if you are overweight, fair, freckled, female (which you are) and stressed.........more women (2 to 1) suffer from gallstones and excessive dieting is one of the major causes. I was one of the men with rapid weight loss and stress (coming of the big D combined with a virus) and I would not welcome it, the pain, on my enemies, Osama BL excepted perhaps..
That's really good slinky, keep it going, I'm not doing very well, I need to start some serious dieting. I feel like Jabba the Hut atm. It's nice to hear someone being successful. :-)
well done, I have found that using a food diary to keep tabs on what I eat has really helped me so far, it is so easy to forget that biscuit here or chocolate there which all adds up.
ayg.i am passed jabba the hut,i had to start getting serious about this ,my 24 year old son says he will eat the same as me as long as its not out of a packet and must be fresh food,i am ok with that.
im trying to lose some too, watching what i eat and doing a bit of exercise aswell..
i try and do 15 - 30 mins of 'indoor on the spot, power walking/exercising' a night, to some of 'leslie sansone's' youtube videos, have you heard of her? - theyre really good, and easy to do too, and all in the comfort of your own living room.. :o)
