be careful with those tablets - my friend had them and i'm sure the doctor has told you about the undesirable side effects if you do eat much fat. as for fat free or low fat - i was stuck with this when i had gallstones, but couldn't eat fruit or veg either, so lived on jacket potato, dry toast etc (but could drink lager oddly enough!) - not very exciting, but i did lose a lot of weight.- the supermarket cheap brand products often have less fat in than the low fat versions too so watch out for that. have tried going fat free since having the baby to lose weight, but doesn't seem to work anymore. good luck with it all - sure the doctor wouldn't have given you the tablets if they didn't think it would help.....
