Didn't lose anything last week but I've lost 1lb this week. My BMI is now 25 so I'm in the healthy range :o)

I am now in Spain and after weighing myself all I can tell you is that my scales aren't working.......I need to get new batteries.

Hi xstitcher well stayed the same again .Got to shift it soon so hope for next week. Probably the reason I have not gained is because my grandson is not here as schools are back. Onwards and Downwards.
Well done tigger. I am so pleased as after my first real week of dieting I have lost 7 lb - wooo hooo. Still a very long way to go but it makes it all worth it.

Yes Wendilla. I am unable to exercise at the moment as had my sixth ankle operation in April and still very painful so have made a lot of changes, mainly eating lots of fruit and veg and also cutting down on portion size. Where I hadn't been eating much since my husband died I find I can't eat as much as I used to which is a good thing. Just hope I can keep it up now.

Oh deary me, I weighted myself today and am up 3 kilos........6 pounds....a bit will be because it is a different set of scales but the rest is true....my own fault. I have been so very lax and am completely and utterly ashamed of myself. Onwards and downwards....
Although the weight has been up and down yet again, it has returned to seem fairly stable by the Wednesday, falling by 3/8 lbs over the 7 days, which, knowing my scales, is within its normal error range anyway. I need to kick things off again somehow.
never mind Xstitcher now you are settled in Spain for a few months I am sure all that extra swimming will help.

Old geezer you and I both these last few weeks up and down like a yo yo .I need a kick start too.
I haven't weighed myself today as I went for a Thai meal Thursday night and had naughty things including Ben& Jerrys ice cream at the cinema afterwards!

I'm too scared to get on the scales :o(
I know how you feel tigerblue but believe me you will spend more time thinking about your weight if you don't weigh yourself than if you did. I certainly wasn't looking forward to weighing myself because I knew it would blow my head off but now I'm back on the straight and narrow after getting the message loud and clear. Come on, you can do it...........onwards and downwards
I'll do it tomorrow Xstitcher. I usually weigh myself first thing before getting dressed and had breakfast but I've done all that today.
hi Tigger xstitcher has given you very good advice. I missed out weighing myself one week it just don't work as you spend that week thinking have I or haven't I. You deserve a treat now and again so don't let it put you off weighing that week.

I weighed myself this morning and to my surprise I have stayed the same as last week :o)
See what did we tell you. You would only have worried all week if you had not weighed. To miss a weigh week is fatal. Onwards and Downwards.
