If you haven't accrued the points from yesterday and today is a green day you can add half of yesterday's calories onto tomorrow's bonus, which is found by dividing today's calories with your current weight in kilo grammes.

Have to admit... that doesnt help much!!! Am I the only one who doesnt find this new plan 'EASY'!!!
I gave up when the changed the plan - think its far too complicated.So now I just follow my own - buy as low fat a version of anything that I can, follow lot fat recipes from magazines and cook books, and I find that works.

Thanks Smowball, Thats what I am doing.. well sticking to red and green, just thought it would be good to know what its all about!!!!

The extra easy isn't that different from the the old red/green days. You can eat meat, fish etc AND potatoes, rice, pasta etc but you can only have 2 healthy extras, I a and 1 b as opposed to the 2 a's and 2 b's on the old plan. Have you joined a SW club? They should assist you. I didn't think it would work but have lost 2 stone in 9 months, a friend has lost 5 stone in the same time!! The magazine gives a 7 day menu so is a good way to get started. Keep at it, it really works and it's healthy.
