I recently bought African Mango ,and so far i have not lost an ounce.
Seems the only thing i might have lost is £30.?
The reviews are so convincing that i thought its bound to be good,so has anyone else here tried it and had success.?

Just eat a proper calorie controlled diet and over time you will lose weight.

All these "fancy" diets are just fads.

p.s. Are you eating the African Mangos AS WELL as your normal food or INSTEAD of it.
I've not heard of African Mango but I'm sure including fruit in your diet is a good thing. Ultimately though, to get results, you need to ensure input is less than output.
If it worked, you wouldn't be able to buy them without a 3 mile queue and it would be on the headlines of every newspaper. Im sure it will be effective as part of a calorie controlled diet the same as any other fruit.
Never heard of it, but I agree with the others. I am going to Weight Watchers (I was desperate and cannot do it alone) and so far I have lost 7 lbs in 4 weeks, which suits me. Basically, as OG says, it's a case of input and output - if input exceeds output you will gain and vice versa. You must find a way of balancing the two or in other words, eating less.
I'll go with all the answers so far. Eat properly and to lose weight eat a little less, it's not rocket science!!

I don't think so that African Mango can help you to lose more weight, burn more fat, and get far beyond the usual.I recently bought African Mango ,and so far i have not lost an ounce.
