Hello all,
Welcome to this month's Onwards & Downwards. We welcome anyone serious about losing weight and we offer support and kind thoughts - not magic fixes, just sensible help.
How about some ideas to make lunchboxes a bit more interesting and lower in calories? Thanks for a helpful suggestion from xstitcher.
How many of us take a packed lunch to work? And how many of us are bored to tears with the same old limp ham sarnie?
So please share with us your ideas, recipes and little gems that keep your lunches interesting and healthy. And don't feel left out if you don't take a lunch to work as, of course, you can make these up at home too.
I know its from the USA but there are some really simple ideas that can be quick to do:

Personally I love different and unusual breads, plus using leftovers really appeals to me.
Don't forget your weekly weigh on Wednesday and remember we don't judge!

Good Morning All, Have again forgotten to weigh in. Naturally because I am expecting the IT technician at 9 am the connection seems to be working today, but I know that it will soon go off...so best click on submit while I can.....Thanks to the faithful few who are still with us.....where is everybody else??????????
Being honest, were it not for the scales being digital, I'd have read it as 'stayed the same'. Seems we all have much the same issue except some thought they'd dropped but hadn't by Wednesday, whilst others were not pleased with the unbelievable increase claimed, and yet found they'd apparently got rid on it by Wednesday.
Hello Again....Wonderful to be back online after 6 days with mega computer and online connection problems. I counted the hours while flying home to be able to get on to my computer here only to find out there were more problems in store. Everything is sorted now which is good as I was going bonkers.
I shall weigh myself tomorrow morning now that things are back to normal.

Welcome back xstitcher, its horrible being offline, i miss it so much.
Like the others I have stayed the same this week and to be quite honest, am thankful for that. Just eaten a pastry for goodness sake! i put it down to work related poor time management and trips out but I'll be back on track tomorrow. So much for my stone before Christmas, i'm less than halfway there and only 5 weeks to go. Anyone seen my halo?
