I had one fitted in December as part of a trial and it has been a bumpy road so far with quite a bit of discomfort. Despite reducing my intake of food radically I have only lost around 7kg since having it fitted. Sugar levels are down a little but not much. Was hoping for much more. I do have other health issues to do with my pituitary and PCOS so know my weight loss will always be very difficult so was hoping the Endobarrier would help. I have already lost just over 8 stones in the past 4 years using Byetta injections for diabetes. This drug has been my life saver and has turned things around for me. Not sure if I would recommend the Endobarrier at the moment but I have it in place for a year so will see how things go.
