Breakfast: porridge + prunes, cup of tea
Elevenses: Banana and cup of tea
Lunch: 1/2 tin baked beans on 1 slice of wholemeal bread, tea
Afternoon snack: An orange
Dinner: 1/2 tin salmon, steamed carrots + broccoli, 2 medium potatoes

Am I right in thinking you make your porridge with water?

If cheese and yogurt are out perhaps you could try gnawing the occasional bone? ;-)
its interesting you say that pasta, I have digestive problems and as such my diet is high in carbs as they are easier for me to digest, my weight has been dropping steadily. Also more surprising, since I limited my diet last year a recent blood test has shown up no nutritional deficiencies.

Yogurt will be easier on your teeth for sure!

Don't be tempted by the low fat ones as they tend to full of sugar, thickeners and artificial unnecessary stuff.
