I've started working out again and was wondering what foods should i start eating more of and start avoiding and just general tips when it comes to eating healthier
Everybody I think knows all the right things to do but it is bloody hard to do it. I could write a manual of diet advice but sticking to it is the hardest thing to do and maintain. But good luck jordan if you get started.
