Weight Loss Update For Those Interested!

On my last post I made an error I stated that I had lost 5stone 12lbs sorry it should have read 5stone 1lb! I don't know where that errant 2 came from!!
Anyways I weighed in again today at my official weigh in and I lost a further 13 lbs in 3 weeks bringing my total to 6 stone.
The surgeon is very pleased and is happy to see things are beginning to settle down, I am also considerably further on than he expected me to be as I am now exercising!

I had a gastric sleeve, the bands have too many complications and a lot of surgeons will now not do them!
Pasta I have taken pictures of my head and shoulders, I should have taken more pictures and measurements but I didn't think it would matter that much!

Tilly I am moving around a lot easier and can walk further it is certainly making my life better!

You must be needing lots of new clothes now, Islay. Have you been fit enough to go on a shopping spree?

Lol I am well enough but I have been putting off the shopping spree, I have several sizes of clothes but I am beginning to exhaust those too, I have dropped I have dropped 3-4 dress sizes so far but I still have a long way to go.
I am lucky that whilst I work in the office we are very casual and to be honest if we do go out the customer is more worried when we turn up rather than what we wear! lol
