Good morning all,

Lots of lovely summer veg in the supermarkets. If I grill mine I use olive oil...for some reason it’s the best oil for we weight losers. You can get fancy bottles with different tastes added or do it yourself...great for a hostess gift.
Almost missed this one.
Matters little, nothing to report again.

Woops I seem fo have lost a day . No loss so probably stay the same next week.
Managed to weigh myself again. In 5 weeks eating minimally during the day and overeating late evening, usually with a pint of ale, has dropped me 1.4 lbs ! So that's what I've been doing wrong.
And down another 1.6 lbs in 24 hours ????
Hmmm pity I won't get the chance to weigh again for some time.
OG...we weighed ourselves after coming back from an all inclusive holiday. I was a stone up, he didn't put on anything, but the next morning I was only 7lb up. I haven't weighed myself since.
Going the right way for you OG .you may have found what you were doing wrong now .

It must have been all that full inclusive booze lol

I have cut down on bread to one slice of toast instead of two and taken my own advice and cut portions down resulting in a 2 lb loss . Also it is easier now to work out my weekly meals doing an on line shop .

A late good morning all,
Hope your scales are being kind to you. All hoes well at my end. Now and then it jumps up 2 pounds from one day to the next but that’s just water retention and then I take an extra water pill as instructed and the next day I’m back to normal. I’ve found out that with the weight loss I can now eat more fruits without any problems with my blood sugar so am able to enjoy far more than last year.
forgot to weigh yesterday but have stayed the same which is ok as this is my usually pattern .Just don't want any gains .
Hi wendilla, better late than never as they say. Like you my goal now is keeping a stable weight. I can’t believe that as I was putting all the weight on I didn’t weigh myself.
It's how one slips back up :-(
Nice to think one need not weigh as one has developed good eating habits but things change slowly, imperceptibly, especially if going through an emotional time.
Project Rowan.... starting at a horribly high bmi, but finally able to make my own choices, when my cellulitis gets sorted I will start walking, Will get myself referred back to the weight loss team and I might be able to create space for a folding exercise bike. I have Dave's voice in my head telling me to do what makes me happy.

Meanwhile I lost again over the last 24 hours. Hopefully hot weather helps.
It helps me, just want to drink, bought some posh cordial, not having very often because they contain sugar but sometimes water isn't what you want. Luckily I have good tastebuds and a little goes a long way. Ordered 8 bottles of fizzy water in this weeks shopping
