I don't do gymns or execises. I play golf a couple of times a week and keep myself busy round the house whilst not over-indulging with the food. If I lose 1/2lb in a week, then I'm happy. But like OG, as long as it doesn't go up, then fine.
Up, more than I wish to admit to. Probably all from yesterday looking at the sum of stuff I had then. How can a pub serve a burger meal that they admit on their website contains more kilocalories and saturated fat by itself than one aims to consume in a whole day ? And how is it that earlier a partner can cut a dessert ice cream (which I think must be meant to serve 5,000) into two and hand one half to someone in a bowl, having the other half herself ? Not a particularly happy bunny this morning.
Pulled back a bit this morning. Nowhere near enough though.
Some food is given to one and it'd be beyond rude to reject it. Other are pmeals out that are found to have near unbelievable nutritional figures when one checks later. As for other days, I'm not sure. A combination of having what someone else has lovingly chosen and prepared, and irregular feeding times so one goes looking for stuff between meals, I reckon.
As for the naughty step, hmmm.... I guess so.
