Onwards & Downwards: November 2019

Last month's thread is here.
November is upon us and here at AB Towers we're experiencing some horrible rain.
This means our Gnomes are going out less, and staying in more! This is affecting their weight and lifestyle.
How are you staying active, now that the weather is becoming bleak?

I had a binge of about 2 months on popcorn. It was easy, filled me up and I’d gone completely off my more sensible lunches. I’ve come to my senses again and the scales are giving me a pat on the back. This in turn puts me in the feel good zone so bye bye popcorn. Oh yes and the sensible things taste good again.

Another 3lbs this week. Not worried about Christmas just yet but I am normally ok except where mince pies are concerned. So I will make them and freeze them defrost just one at a time. My big Christmas treats tend to be of the expensive luxury variety. E.g really special coffee, maybe a few nice cheeses which I can fit into my WW points
