how many calories ???

how many calories are in a bottles of vodka and a 2 liter bottle of lemonade.
I stopped drinking 2 weeks ago , and I normally drank around 3 bottles of vodka a week and 3 bottles of lemonade with it , was wondering about how many calories Im not getting now??

Blyss how are you feeling? Did you drink that amount for a long time? I think vodka is the same as gin, approx 50 cals in a pub measure, if however your shots are anything like mine they will be 4 times that measure! There are 32 pub measures in a regular size bottle, which means 1600 in a bottle. The lemonade would be very little if it was diet but if not then add another 200 cals per bottle. If my math is correct then that would be around 5400 per week. It takes 3000 to put on 1lb in weight so realistically without you doing anything you could lose up to 2lb a week. I feel fine really , although I am craving abit of chocolate now and again , somthing I never ever wanted before and Im eating a supper now ..again somthing I never did before lol.
All in all I feel a lot better ..
