Sports bra

Can you get a sports bra that doesn't make you flat chested? I have started to go to the gym a lot and have recently purchased a �10 sports bra. Trouble is i'm 26 and i'm only a 34B (size 8/10) and when i have the sports bra on with a fitted tee / vest top, i look as flat as a pancake. I get quite self concious about it as i normally wear a padded bra during the day. I know it's silly but as pathetic as it is i have more confidence when i have a chest!
Surely there must be other girls that feel the same???!!!!

Have a look at the bra`s in Peacocks. They`ve got some nice sport ones. You could always pop in some "chicken fillets" in the one you`ve bought or some of the foam cups you can buy to put in swinsuits.

Do you need a sports bra with a 34B?

I think I'm somewhere around 36B and I don't wear them.
Try a top with integrated bustier instead.

Not that I would worry about being flat chested, though..
I'd gladly give you some of mine.
Could never figure out what you're supposed to do with it...

It hurts without a sports bra!
i'll try the integrated bustier idea cos i can wear a normal bra then but it will be more 'secure' and should keep me in place when running!

Sports bras work because they squish your boobs so they can't bounce. Although you'll be flat-chested, it's only for sport and at least you won't have saggy or strained boobs later!
