Fine for me DT are they the ones where you can only chose one option for each numeric score

14 was tick the boxes that are revelant - I could only tick one of the boxes. The other score 1 to 5 by revelance to you - this did not mention a forced ranking so I have left two empty, the ones that I felt had less/no importance.

Question 15 asks you to tick all the boxes that you agree with but I could only tick one of the boxes.

i think q15 you ask to tick 'as many as ...' but it allows you to only tick one.
