Melania Trump Refiles Lawsuit Against The Daily Mail
Melania Trump has refiled her lawsuit against Mail Media Inc, the publishers of the on-line newspaper.
The previous filing was thrown out because Maryland was not the relevent jusistiction. She has now filed in New York where Mail Media Inc have an office.
In the new filing, she is claiming for losses on cashing in on being first lady. Not sure the first lady should be exploiting her office as such, but she is estimating her potential losses due to the Daily Mail article as £105 million.

Ummm / Bazile
The Mail published the story that she was a 'Sex Worker'. Melania sued and the Mail apologised and removed the story from their site and printed a retraction in their newspaper. So it seems the Mail have already admitted that the story is untrue.
Loss of earnings is a normal claim from someone who can prove their reputation has been trashed. Whether the first lady should be exploiting her posotion to make $millions in the first place, is moot.
