It would appear that lovely people at Facebook have disabled not only my Facebook account but also my Instagram account for reasons unknown to me. I have asked for a review on several occasions but they have shut me down and said your account basically won’t be getting reactivated.

I live alone and don’t see many people and I rely on social media to speak with friends during these times of self isolation and lockdown.

I really feel alone now, I don’t have the contact details of many of my friends in social media.

Is there any way of contacting Facebook direct rather than a link through the website? Going through doesn’t allow you to include any written text.
