I've got to deliver a series of presentations at work tomorrow and I'm so nervous! I always go bright red and feel I'm a gibbering wreck! Can anyone offer any advice or techniques urgently!
Thanks

Can I just add a few words: now that you've done it, and it went okay, spend a little time reviewing the good bits, i.e. you got some good reactions from your audience at times, I'm sure, and against all your expectations you found yourself relaxing, and you probably enjoyed hearing some applause at the end too.
Now, relive those good moments, and amplify the feelings that they gave rise to. Imagine the audience really smiling and looking interested, imagine riotous applause, imagine being warmly congratulated when it was over... and make all the 'positives' brighter, louder, and more vivid. What you're doing when you do this is associating good, positive feelings with the whole presentation scenario, and next time you might find yourself looking forward to it instead of dreading it.
