Just ring them up (from a withheld number) say you're a research company carrying out a survey on their local supermarket, ask a few bogus questions (how often do you visit the shops? etc) then ask them their name and postcode saying the data will not be passed on to anyone, if they aren't sure then say that your company (made up name) works under the strict guidelines of the MRS code of conduct (market research society) and give them this number [phone] if they want to find out more (or any number really!) 9/10 they give you give you their name and postcode and bingo.....
