AOL and eBay

Has any other AOL user experienced a block on eBay and other secure sites? I've not been able to get on eBay since October. As usual AOL customer service is NON-EXISTENT and they continue to rip off paying customers.

Non-AOL users please feel free to recommend ways I can get revenge...er I mean a refund...

Have you checked your firewall settings? Have you used Aol live help through the PC? .....as it's cheaper than phoning them.

Yeah I sat through live help and in the end the vagueness of the technician on when the server issue would be fixed infuriated me. ultimately he tried to sell me other AOL services.

I'm hoping that when my bank card is reissued in April that AOL will not be able to take money from my account if I don't update them with the new card info (?) All previous attempts since 2002 to leave AOL have failed!!

amelie - they asked me for the new card nummber numerous times and i didn't give it - they are still taking the money,

i think the bank automatically authorises it, if you allowed it before - i think you have to stop the DD yourself

i guess everyone would be doing it to get away with things if that was the case
