ebay perfume

I bought 3 bottles of perfume from ebay - from a seller that looks like a store rather than an individual - with 100% feedback.

I brought one of the bottles into work and opened it today to find it is completely empty! I dont think it has been used, it has either leaked or evaporated!

I havent checked the other 2 yet as they are at home but would it be possible for the perfume to have evaporated during transit and if so, would i be entitled to my money back?

Yes, contact the seller. If It's a store it's possible that it's just an error, not a deliberate attempt to dupe. You know like sometimes in a case of beer theres and empty one, just an error in the factory. Anyway give them a chance to rectify before you go after them.
