Just a word of warning. My husband, instead of opting for a company car, decided to have the other option of leasing, as it somehow worked out cheaper tax wise. After 6 months, he was made redundant and obviously needed to return the car to Toyota. As the car was on a 3 yr lease, he was required to pay them 7200 with the car's return. He eventually 'beat them down' to 4000 but it was a terrible time for us. He was not offered any cover against this on leasing the motor, although in hindsight, he should have asked the question.
A lesson learned the hard way. If you do lease, then make sure you take out the relevant insurance cover in case of such matters...
Hi Rugely,
Ive been pricing this up and we will go for lease next time as we can get a month-by-month lease so there isn't the commitment that le Chat encountered..
I think teh more mileage you do the more attractive teh leasing option becomes.
